An organisation is only as credible as the people who represent it. When those people are photographed to the same standard, the whole team looks the part.
For En Naqib and the Postal Forum team at MCMC, we turned The Cade & Co studio in Cyberjaya into a clean white set for one well-run afternoon. Everyone wore matching uniforms and had the same lighting and backdrop, and every member was photographed individually before the whole team came together.
Two composed rows, even light on every face and nobody left at the edge of the photo. It is ready for the company profile, annual report, website and press.
Standing, seated, arms folded or relaxed. Each team member gets a portrait that matches the others in light and tone but still feels like their own, so the staff directory and LinkedIn read as one consistent set.
A quick change into blazers adds a sharper, boardroom-ready look in the same session. It suits speaker profiles, official introductions and conference programmes.
Pairs and small groups show the working partnerships behind the department and give the team photos for unit pages, newsletters and internal campaigns.
